Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing from or using the Kura website. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Us Kura is a sole trader business registered in Malta, operating under Maltese law and EU consumer regulations. We sell soothing pain relief gels and night bunion correctors to customers across Malta.
2. Your Order When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. This confirmation does not guarantee that the product is in stock or that the order has been accepted. A second email confirming dispatch signals acceptance of your order.
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order with Kura.
3. Pricing All prices shown on our website are in Euros (€) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before processing your order.
4. Payment We accept payment via PayPal and major credit and debit cards processed securely through our payment providers. Payment is taken at the time of placing your order.
All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. Kura does not store your card details.
5. Delivery We deliver to addresses within Malta only. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 working days. Delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed.
A flat-rate delivery fee applies to all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout. Free delivery promotions, where offered, will be clearly displayed on the website.
Kura is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including postal delays or extreme weather.
6. Your Right to Cancel (EU & Malta Consumer Law) Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable Maltese consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This is known as your cooling-off period.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing shopkura.mt@gmail.com. You must then return the goods to us within a further 14 days.
Goods must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition with original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of items that have been worn or used, unless the item is faulty.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will issue a full refund of the product price within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at shopkura.mt@gmail.com with a description and photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including any return postage.
8. Product Information We make every effort to display products accurately on our website. However, colours may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device settings. Product images are for illustrative purposes.
Our products are general wellness and comfort items. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have a health concern, please consult a qualified medical professional.
9. Intellectual Property All content on the Kura website, including the brand name, logo, images, and text, is the property of Kura and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kura's liability to you shall not exceed the value of the products purchased in the relevant transaction. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from use of our products or website.
11. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
12. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
