Shipping policy

Kura delivers to addresses within Malta only.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 working days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time Estimated delivery time is 7–15 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the supplier and shipping carrier. We will always provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Shipping Costs A flat-rate shipping fee applies to all orders. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free Shipping Free shipping is available on orders over €40. This will be automatically applied at checkout.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status at any time.

Delays Kura is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control including customs processing, postal delays, or extreme weather conditions. If your order has not arrived within 20 working days please contact us at shopkura.mt@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.
